William Lopez - President
William E. Lopez is the President and founder of Adolescent Guidance Services (AGS).
Throughout his career, Mr. Lopez has supervised thousands of incident free transports of at risk youth. With more than 22 years experience in escorted transport techniques, Mr. Lopez is highly skilled at locating and safely returning troubled youths to their families.
Mr. Lopez specializes in counseling parents and youths in anger management, gang prevention, conflict resolution, suicide and drug abuse prevention, and parenting skills.
Mr. Lopez has counseled more than 1,000 adolescents in anger management techniques. He has mentored hundreds of "at risk" adolescents. And, he continues to make a difference in the lives of children at risk.
Mr. Lopez is also a senior investigator with Gladding & Michel, Inc. He specializes in the investigation of complex cases involving automotive and consumer product liability, insurance fraud and employment litigation as well as sexual harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination and background investigations.
Mr. Lopez graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in Sociology. Mr. Lopez has more than 22 years experience working in the juvenile justice system, both as a probation officer and as the manager of a juvenile correctional facility.
Mr. Lopez has received numerous state and local awards for his work with at risk children; and has earned a reputation for being one of the most reliable & persistent juvenile officers in the field.
Victor Lopez - Director of Operations
Victor O. Lopez is the AGS Director of Operations. He works out of our
Southern CA office.Victor graduated from Cal State Northridge. He has over 12 years experience transporting at risk adolescents; and has successfully transported over 1,300 for AGS.
Victor specializes in locating run aways and has a 100% recovery rate.
Victor is certified in Anger Management, Behavior Management, First Aid and CPR.
Victor is also a martial arts expert and a personal fitness trainer.
Community Support:
Since 1996, AGS has been sponsoring orphanage homes throughout Mexico & Central America. And, we volunteered our services during the floods of Central America.
We have also been raising money for high school sports and education as well as funds for emergency efforts such as El Salvador Earthquake Relief. AGS continues to assist the community by helping adolescents at risk accomplish their dreams and goals.
